Vanilla Ice Cream & Wine Reduction Sauce

Sometimes plain vanilla can be nice. And sometimes a little bit of tart, floral and fruity brightness can make it even better. That's exactly what you get with Blend #4 and vanilla ice cream!

Ingredients:

2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 cup ACADÉMIE Blend #4

Buy the wine for this recipe by clicking here


Directions:

Bring ACADÉMIE wine to a simmer and reduce by 2/3.

Allow wine to cool slightly and then slowly pour over ice cream.
