Lemon, Cilantro & Ginger Chicken Marinade

A tasty blend of spices and our Blend #4 ACADEMIE wine lend your marinated chicken breast a unique, fruity and zesty flavor that can't be beat!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup ACADEMIE Wine Blend #4

2-3 chicken breasts

1/2 tbsp ground mustard

1/2 tbsp olive oil

5 cloves

1/2 tbsp ground ginger

1/2 tbsp cane sugar

1/4 tbsp dried orange peel

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tbsp cilantro

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a bowl. Poke holes into chicken breasts with a fork to allow marinade to penetrate the surface. Add mixture into a large ziplock bag with chicken breasts and allow to marinate in the fridge for 2-24 hours.

When ready, grill your chicken and serve!

5 minutes to prepare marinade, 2-24 hours to marinate chicken
