Coriander Chicken Marinade

Coriander and our Blend #2's unique flavors lend a little "something special" to your chicken dish.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup ACADEMIE Blend #2 wine

2-3 chicken breasts

1/2 tbsp coriander crushed with spoon

1/2 tbsp dried sweet basil

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tbsp cane sugar

1/2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a bowl. Poke holes in chicken breasts with a fork to allow marinade to penetrate the surface. Add mixture into a large ziplock bag with chicken breasts and allow to marinate in the fridge for 2-24 hours. The wine will tenderize the chicken while marinating.

When done marinating, grill to perfection and enjoy!

20 minutes to prepare, 2-24 hours to marinate
