Shrimp a la Brown Sugar and Wine Sauce

We typically recommend our Blend #2 for seafood - but we've broken the mold with this recipe. Our Blend #4 really adds something magical to it. Sweet, fruity, savory and rich; it can't be beat!


2-3 lbs raw shrimp

2-3 tbsp brown sugar

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup ACADEMIE Wine Blend #4

Add soy sauce and wine to wok or shallow pan. Bring to a simmer. Add brown sugar and allow to dissolve completely. Add shrimp and cook until done. Sauce should be thoroughly reduced and thick. Serve shrimp and enjoy!
