Parsley Reduction Sauce & Chicken

You can make this sauce in less than 10 minutes. Fruity with savory qualities from the chives and parsley, you've got a finishing sauce that can't be beat!

Ingredients:

1/3 cup ACADEMIE Wine Blend #4

4 tbsp unsalted butter

2 tbsp chives

2 tbsp parsley

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tbsp coriander

Directions:

Melt butter in shallow pan on low heat. Once melted, add wine, chives, olive oil, coriander and parsley. Simmer mixture for 5 minutes uncovered and stir often until sauce is thick.

Spoon over freshly roasted chicken breasts with rice and enjoy!
