Thyme & Butter Chicken

The earthy notes of the Blend #1 compliment a Thyme butter sauce nicely. This quick and easy sauce takes minutes to prepare and is delicious!

Ingredients:

1/3 cup ACADÉMIE Wine Blend #1

2 tbsp Thyme

4 tbsp Butter (low fat butter okay)

Directions:

Simmer wine in pan for 5-10 minutes stirring frequently until reduced by about 3/4. Add butter and thyme.

Spoon sauce over freshly grilled chicken breasts.
