Sugar snap peas in wine


1/4 cup ACADEMIE blend #1 wine

3 cups fresh sugar snap peas

1-1/2 Tbsp butter

Sea salt

White pepper

Trim ends and rinse peas. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add peas and toss until coated with butter. Add sea salt and toss again. Add wine and toss again. Cover skillet and lower heat. Cook until peas are crunchy tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove cover and season with pepper. Serve.
