Place steaks in a glass baking dish and thoroughly puncture with a fork. Pour wine over steaks ensuring full coverage. Lift steaks with fork and add wine underneath. Lightly sprinkle each of the above ingredients on top of the meat. Grill immediately. After turning steaks, baste with remaining marinate in glass dish.
